Abstract: Aiming at present status that the relatively low level in science and technology of agro technical popularization personnel due to the difficulties of acquiring science and technology literature and not enough technical training, three ways to obtain free resources of science and technology literature were discussed, including to acquire scientific literature, books and online video training by using agricultural science and technology network library, to browse and download free sci-technological journals sponsored by agricultural and forestry colleges and universities and agricultural science research institutes, and to use free academic searching engines.
