顶空—气质联用法鉴定木豆根的挥发性成分

    Identification of the Volatile Components of Cajanus cajan Roots by Using Headspace Extraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

    • 摘要: 研究木豆根的挥发性成分,解析木豆根挥发性成分的生物功能,为木豆根挥发性成分的开发利用提供科学依据。采用顶空—气质联用法检测水蒸气蒸馏提取的木豆根的挥发性成分。结果表明:从木豆根中鉴定出98种挥发性成分,含醇类、酯类、醛类、酮类、酸类、萜烯类、烷烃类、芳香族类、生物碱类等10类成分,其中萜烯类成分的数量最多,达47种,相对含量也最高,达77.863%,相对含量较高的挥发性成分有10s,11s-雪松-3(12),4-二烯、(+)-β-雪松烯、二-表-α-柏木烯、α-雪松烯、顺式-(−)-2,4a,5,6,9a-六氢-3,5,5,9-四甲基(1H)苯并环庚烯,相对含量分别为11.377%、10.289%、7.564%、5.834%、5.804%。研究认为木豆根挥发性成分在抵御病菌、害虫侵害,抑制杂草中发挥重要作用。

       

      Abstract: The volatile components of Cajanus cajan roots were studied, as well as the biological functions of volatile components of Cajanus cajan roots, to provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of volatile components of Cajanus cajan roots. The volatile components of Cajanus cajan roots extracted by steam distillation were detected by headspace extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC-MS). The results indicated that: A total of 98 volatile components were identified from the roots of Cajanus cajan, including alcohols, esters, aldehydes, ketones, acids, terpenes, alkanes, aromatics and alkaloids. Among them, terpenes had the largest number with 47 and the highest relative content with 77.863%. The higher volatile components in Cajanus cajan roots were 10s,11s-Himachala-3(12),4-diene,(+)-β-Himachalene, Di-epi-.alpha.-cedrene, α-himachalene, cis-(−)-2,4a,5,6,9a-Hexahydro-3,5,5,9-tetramethyl(1H)benzocycloheptene, whose relative contents were 11.377%, 10.289%, 7.564%, 5.834% and 5.804%, respectively. It is believed that the volatile components of Cajanus cajan roots play an important role in resisting bacteria and insects infestation and inhibiting weeds.
