南瓜新品种福栗1号的选育

    Breeding of the New Pumpkin Cultivar Fuli No. 1

    • 摘要: 福栗1号是以自交系N90-2-1-2-4-3-3为母本,自交系N22-6-1-5-2-4-3为父本杂交选育而成的印度南瓜杂交一代新品种。该品种植株蔓生,早熟,春季栽培全生育期约108 d,第1雌花节位为8~10节,叶形掌状,老熟瓜皮色墨绿,瓜面斑纹呈块状、斑纹色深绿、瓜面具浅棱、无瘤突,瓜形厚扁圆,瓜横径约18.7 cm,纵径约11.3 cm,商品瓜单瓜质量约2.3 kg;商品瓜的可溶性固形物含量为10.7%,粗纤维含量为1.3%,鲜样中含粗多糖0.48 g·hg−1、淀粉4.8 g·hg−1、维生素C 20.2 mg·hg−1,水分含量为85.1 g·hg−1;高抗病毒病、中抗白粉病、疫病;产量较高,平均产量31 000 kg·hm−2以上。综上,该品种适宜在福建春、秋季种植。

       

      Abstract: Fuli No. 1 is a new hybrid generation of Indian pumpkin developed through the hybrid selection by using the self-crossing line N90-2-1-2-4-3-3 as the maternal parent and the self-crossing line N22-6-1-5-2-4-3 as the paternal parent. This variety exhibited a vining growth habit and early maturity. Under the spring cultivation conditions, the entire growth cycle lasted approximately 108 days, with the first female flower appearing at the 8th to 10th node. The leaf shape was palmate, and the mature fruit had a dark green rind with block-shaped patterns and dark green stripes. The fruit surface lacked protrusions but had shallow ridges, giving the fruit a thick and flat-round shape. The transverse diameter of the fruit was about 18.7 cm, and the longitudinal diameter was approximately 11.3 cm, with a marketable fruit weight of about 2.3 kg. The soluble solids content of the marketable fruit was 10.7%, and the crude fiber content was 1.3%. Additionally, the fresh sample contained 0.48 g·hg−1 of crude polysaccharides, 4.8 g·hg−1 of starch, and 20.2 mg·hg−1 of vitamin C, with the moisture content of 85.1 g·hg−1. This variety demonstrated high resistance to viral diseases, moderate resistance to powdery mildew and downy mildew, and had a relatively high yield, with an average yield exceeding 31,000 kg·hm−2. In summary, this variety was suitable for being cultivated in spring and autumn in Fujian Province.
