Planting performance and high yield cultivation techniques of “Chuanyou 673”

“Chuanyou 673” was demonstrated as middle-season rice in Dehua County. Its averaged yield was 602.85 kg per 667 m² which was higher than control variety “Ⅱyou 936” by 4.42%. It need to pay attention in some culturing measures including low density planting in time, culturing strong seedling with more tiller, transplanting in suitable period, enough basic seedlings, formulated fertilization, scientific water management and comprehensive control of diseases and pests.
