Abstract:
The effects of different nitrogen and phosphorus application rates on the uptake and distribution of nitrogen and phosphorus in passion fruit cuttings were studied, which could provide a theoretical basis for the scientific application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer in its cultivation. The test under the condition of pot culture, six treatments were set including no fertilization control(T1), nitrogen and phosphorus were 4 g·plant
−1 and 4 g·plant
−1(conventional fertilization control, T2), 6 g·plant
−1 and 4 g·plant
−1(T3), 8 g·plant
−1 and 4 g·plant
−1(T4), 4 g·plant
−1 and 6 g·plant
−1(T5), 4 g·plant
−1 and 8 g·plant
−1(T6)respectively, and the changes of nitrogen and phosphorus uptake in organs of
Passiflora edulis Sims. were studied. The results show that: compared with no fertilization, conventional fertilization could improve the nitrogen uptake of
Passiflora edulis Sims.; at 100 days after treatment, there was no significant difference in root nitrogen uptake between T4 and T6, and the two treatments increased by 32.72% and 34.92% respectively compared with T2; the nitrogen uptake of T6 in stem increased by 63.84% respectively compared with T2; the nitrogen uptake of T4 in leaves increased by 21.33% compared with T2, and T4 was significantly higher than T6; compared with T2, the phosphorus uptake of roots, stems and leaves in T6 increased by 113.90%, 52.62% and 150.67% respectively; the phosphorus uptake in root and stem of T4 was significantly lower than T6, there was no significant difference between T4 and T6; the phosphorus uptake in leaves of T4 was significantly increased by 153.22% compared with T2; compared with T2, T6 and T4 decreased the proportion of nitrogen distribution in roots and leaves, and increased the proportion of nitrogen distribution in stems; compared with T2, T6 and T4 reduced the proportion of phosphorus distribution in roots and stems, and increased the proportion of phosphorus distribution in leaves. Comprehensive analysis showed that T6 and T4 was the suitable treatment to promote the uptake of nitrogen and phosphorus in
Passiflora edulis Sims.
