Abstract: Summarizing practices, such as the organization construction, rule establishment, strengthening the supervision, “3-endowment(fund, assets and resource)” supervision achieved certain effectiveness in Qingzhou Town Sha County. The correlative countermeasures to preserve and increase the value of rural collective assets and resource were also summarized.
