Abstract: Fu’an ginger has good characteristics of less fibre, crisp texture, branches similar to fingers and special quality. In productive practice, some cultivation measures should be taken, including seed selection, accelerating germination and land selection, transplanting in time and rational close planting, scientific management of fertilizer and water, seedling nursing, earth up and prevention of diseases and pests timely.
