Abstract: It is essentially important to handle correctly various contradictions caused by the requisition of cultivated land, for the maintaining rural social stability, speeding up the construction of new socialist countryside. Some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for resolving various problems in land requisition fund were put forward.
