Abstract: Through the analyzing on the present situation of service “three rural”, the main ideas of service “three rural” were put forward, such as innovative concept for running the journal, to improve the quality, adhere to the demand of the readers as the center, expanding the service function, strengthenning the promotion and propaganda, business model innovation, to promote development of the “three rural”.
