Abstract:
Cordyceps militaris belongs to the same genera as
Ophiocordyceps sinensis, but in different species, its main pharmacological component is close to that of
Ophiocordyceps sinensis, possesses function of anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-bacteria and strengthening the body’s immunity, could be a substitute of
Ophiocordyceps sinensis. Because of the resource limitation of wild-growing
Cordyceps militaris, the artificial cultivation becomes a developing trend. In this study, we introduced the research progresses in the artificial ways of solid culture, liquid culture and silkworm pupae culture of
Cordyceps militaris to provide a reference for the artificial cultivation and industrial development of
Cordyceps militaris.
