Abstract: Villager group as the basic mass autonomous organization, have played more and more important role in the process of reform and development of rural areas. According to the existing problems in the new situation, Banli Town of Changtai County proposed the new pattern of “Group finance by Village-approved and Town-management”, this paper summarized the practice and effectiveness of this pattern in rural financial supervision.
