Abstract: “Quanshu19” has the superior characteritics of tidiness and concentration in tuber-forming stage, regular tuber shape, high rate of large and middle-size potato, high yield, good taste, high yield of starch and dried potatoes, high dry matter ratio, resist to fusarium wilt, tolerant to storage and fine germination capacity, and can be applied in production as a variety of good edible-type and starch processing type. In this paper, the characteristics of “Quanshu19” and its necessary cultivation techniques were summarized also.
