Abstract:
Using zhijiang60, zhijiang106, zhijiang108、zhijiang28-2、yangjiang40 as the material, the storability of different asparagus bean varieties were studied. The results showed that zhijiang60 and zhijiang106 had the best storability, which showed the characters of slowly changing postharvest density, little and slow decreasing range , small seed ratio in tender pods, thick pod wall, higher water retaining capacity and could be stored more than 40 h. And zhijiang108 took second place, and zhijiang28-2 was the worst with the characters of fast changing postharvest density, easy foaming in pod and faster lose of edible value.
