Abstract:
Tea is one of the most common beverages, but some adverse impact on the environment could be produced in its cultivation and processing process. Application of good agricultural practices (GAP) could promote environmental protection through out sustainable development measures. This paper briefly introduced the origin of environmental pollution from tea enterprises, analyzed the environmental pollution probably emerged during tea planting and processing period, and summarized the control measures taken in GAP standard, so as to provide references for the tea enterprises in its pollution-controlling efforts.
