Abstract: Insect sex pheromones can be used to predict and control the pests in fruit trees easily and effectively with no toxicity residue, no environment pollution, no drug resistance from pests, and safety for human and livestock. In this research, the applying ways of insect sex pheromone in fruit trees of Gutian were introduced, including the pest monitoring, mating disruption and trapping method.
