Abstract: Using random blocks and taking various culture substrates of ping bark, sawdust, coir dust and seaweeds as the control group, and taking the culture substrate of tobacco straw waste as the trial group, effects of different culture substrates on growth condition and biomass of Dendrobium officinale were studied. The results showed that tobacco straw waste was a suitable substitute culture substrate in artificial cultivation of Dendrobium officinale.
