Abstract: In this paper, the present status of breeding new type of agricultural management body in Qiujiang Sub-district of Shaxian County was elaborated, existing problems were analyzed, and countermeasures and suggestions including the construction of model community, standardization construction, speeding up the transfer of land stock cooperative, establishment of village guarantee fund, etc. were proposed.
