Abstract: Longan is one of the most important commercial crops at Fengze District, Quanzhou City. This paper summarized high yield and high quality cultivation techniques of late-maturing longan cv. “Songfeng” based on some technical links of orchard establishment, soil management, rational application of fertilizer, prunning, flower and fruit thinning, flower and fruit retention, control of abnormal-early flowering branches, inhibiting the growth of winter shoots and comprehensive control of diseases and pests.
