Abstract: Smoked plum is a pillar industry of agriculture in Shanghang County, the development of electronic commerce provided a broader platform for trading and distributing of smoked plum in Shanghang County. The characteristics of smoked plum industry and existing problem in its producing-marketing link was analyzed, SWOT analysis on the feasibility to develop e-commerce of smoked plum in Shanghang County was carried out.
