Abstract: In order to investigate the optimum fertilization of Chinese cabbage in Shunchang County, “2+x” nitrogen test was carried out. The results showed that, comparing with the conventional fertilization, 70% of the optimal nitrogen fertilizer treatment could significantly increase the yield by 10.9% per 667 m², and could increase the economic benefit by 290 yuan/667 m²(4350 yuan/hm²), and the recommended fertilization rate were 21.0 kg/667 m² (315 kg/hm²) N, 9.5 kg/667 m²(142.5 kg/hm²) P₂O₅, 12.0 kg/667 m² (180 kg/hm²)K₂O respectively and with 350 kg commercial organic fertilizers as the basal dressing.
