福建省蔬菜产量波动影响因素分析

    Influence on the yield fluctuation of vegetable in Fujian Province

    • 摘要: 为分析福建省蔬菜生产风险,采用灰色系统模型GM(1,1)评估分析福建省9个地市以及8种主要蔬菜种类的趋势单产、实际单产和波动单产,研究单产及种植面积对福建省蔬菜总产的贡献率;对福建省蔬菜单产波动特征进行分析,同时分析气象因素及社会因素对福建省蔬菜产量波动的影响。结果表明,福建省蔬菜单产呈现逐年增长的变化趋势,年际间波动不明显;气象因素是影响葱蒜类、水生蔬菜及厦门、漳州、南平3地市蔬菜波动单产的主要因素。本研究结果为福建省蔬菜生产风险的评估和保险厘定研究奠定基础。

       

      Abstract: Trend yield, practical yield and fluctuating yield for vegetables of 9 cities and 8 main kinds of vegetables in Fujian were analyzed with grey system model on production risk of Fujian vegetable industry. Contribution of yield per unit area and planting area to tolal vegetable yield were determined, and the Huctuating characteristics for vegetable yield per unit area of Fujian and effects of influencing factors, including social factors and meteorological factors, on yield fluctuation were analyzed.The results showed that the yield per unit area of Fujian were increasing yearly, and the yield fluctuation among years were not obvious; and it was meteorological factor that affected the yield per unit area of the onion and garlic, and aquatic vegetable, meanwhile the yield of vegetables per unit area in Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Nanping. The results of the paper supplied foundation for the evaluation of vegetable production risk and the insurance redefinition in Fujian.
