Abstract: In this paper, the high-yielding cultivation techniques on cucumber in mountain areas in South Fujian shifting to early spring were summarized, mainly including breeding and selecting fine seeds, seedling cultivation, timely transplanting, strengthening field management, timely harvest and other measures in order to reduce the rate of abnormal and bitter cucumber, improve the yield and quality and thus increase economic income.
