Abstract:
Edible fungal production occupies an important role in China's agricultural production. With gradual strictness of safety requirements for agro-product quality, it is imperative to implement standardized production of pollution-free edible fungi. The paper proposed operation instruction and technical manual of standardized production of pollution-free edible fungi from the aspects including environment of production area, cultivation substrate, fungal strain culture, control of diseases and pests, processing and storage.
