Abstract: An year-around cultivation technique of mushroom under large greenhouse were summarized, including construction of greenhouses and layer frame, productive strain selection and low or high-temperature type collocation, cultivating season arrangement and preparation of kind and stock, culturing material preparation and packing of mixed material, disinfection and inoculation after cooling, nourishing fungus, turning fungal tubes and piercing, color change of fungal tube and plastic bag removal, fruit body stimulation and mushroom emergence management, timely harvesting, and so on.
