Abstract: This paper analyzed development status, characters and existing difficulties and problems of new agricultural business entities in their development process at Yongding District, Longyan City. Some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed including strengthening of land transfer management, increasing finance support, strengthening of talent training and science and technology service, intensifying management and supervision and enlarging the credit aid.
