Abstract: Research progress in Dendrobium reviewed from the aspects of genetic diversity of germplasm resources, breeding status, seedling technique by cutting branches, seedling breeding technology by tissue culture, seedling transplanting,etc. The existing problems in propagating technology were analyzed and the further research direction was discussed also.
