Abstract: According to the actual condition of Mingxi County and on the basis of investigation and questionnaire, the index system for performance evaluation on agricultural technology extension at basic level was establish, and agricultural extension performance in Mingxi County was evaluated with the rank of gifted. And then the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the deficiencies exiting in agricultural technology popularization in Mingxi County were put forward.
