不同基质配方对菜用枸杞生长及营养品质的影响研究

    Effects of different medium formula on growth and nutritional quality of Chinese wolfberry

    • 摘要: 采用无土栽培方式研究菜用枸杞品种叶用2号以杏鲍菇废弃料和秀珍菇废弃料作基质的生长状况,结果表明:采用杏鲍菇废弃料作为培养基质叶用2号具有较高的扦插成活率,且以处理3最高,达到92.7%。秀珍菇废弃料处理的菜用枸杞鲜重要极显著高于杏鲍菇废弃料处理;叶用2号菜用枸杞含有较高蛋白质、粗灰分、钙、铁等营养物质,不同处理间含水率和Vc含量差异较大,粗蛋白、粗灰分、钙和铁含量差异不大。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the growth conditions of vegetables Chinese wolfberry "Yeyong 2" taking the waste material of Pleurotus eryngii and Pleurotus geesteranus as the substrates were studied by soilless cultivation method. The results showed that "Yeyong2" had higher cutting survival rate which taking the waste material of Pleurotus eryngii as the substrates and the treatment 3 was highest, reaching 92.7%. And the fresh weight of Chinese wolfberry treated by waste material of Pleurotus geesteranus was significantly higher than that of Pleurotus eryngii. "Yeyong 2" had higher protein, crude ash, calcium, iron and other nutrients, and there is great difference for moisture content and Vc content among different treatments, but little difference for crude protein, crude ash, Ca and Fe.
