Abstract: In this paper, a comparison test of six short-growth-period rice varieties as post-tobacco rice cultivars was carried out. The results showed that "Y liangyou No.1", "Y liangyou 302", "Yongyou 2640" and "Tianyouhuazhan" had good comprehensive characteristics and had higher yield than that of the control "Yueyou 9113" significantly or very significantly. They could be popularized as rice cultivars after tobacco in Pucheng County.
