摘要: 综述了葛渣、葛根淀粉工业废水等副产物的资源化利用研究进展，对国内的葛根加工副产物的综合利用进行展望。

Abstract: Research progress in resource utilization of by-product of Pueraria residue and Pueraria starch wastewater were reviewed in this paper, and the prospect of the comprehensive utilization of by-products in Pueraria processing in domestic were put forward.
