Abstract: A comparison test of six ratooning rice varieties, which planted in Yongding District, Longyan City in recent years, was carried out in large plots. Via through a comprehensive analysis on growth period, economic characters, yield, resistance and percentage of ear-bearing tiller of all test varieties, "Jiayou 99", "Liangyou 616" and "Taifengyou 656" were screened as ratooning rice that suitable to be popularized in local areas.
