不同地理种源金线莲组培育苗及人工种植效果比较

Comparison on tissue culture seedling and artificial cultivation of Anoectochilus roxburghii form different geographical provenance

摘要: 针对福建省6 种常见的金线莲地理种源,从形态特征、组培育苗效果、大棚人工种植效果等方面进行对比研究,主要考察不同地理种源金线莲的农艺性状、生物产量、抗病性等指标,结果表明：龙岩金线莲的外观光泽度好,产量较高,抗病性较强,且较受市场青睐,可加大在福建省的推广力度。

Abstract: Six Anoectochilus roxburghii from different geographical provenance were comparatively analyzed in the aspects of morphological characteristics, effects of tissue culture seedling, and artificial cultivation in greenhouse, including indices of agronomic characters, biomass, resistance, etc. The results showed that Anoectochilus roxburghii from Longyan having better gloss in appearance, high yield, high resistance, and good marketing prospect, which could be widely extended in Fujian.
