Abstract: Effects of different planting density on yield of Castanea henryi were studied. The results showed that the best effect was obtained when spacing between rows and plants were 4 m×5 m, namely 33 plants per 667 m². Annual yield reached 4.48 kg during the first seven years after fruiting.
