大宗绿茶加工工艺的技术改进

    Improved processing technology for common green tea

    • 摘要: 利用尤溪县丰富的福云6号、梅占品种等单芽采摘后的茶园,以成熟度较高的机采鲜叶为原料,按照绿茶加工工艺,借鉴乌龙茶初制、精制半连续机械化生产设备进行大宗茶的加工技术工艺改进。

       

      Abstract: Processing technology for common green tea was improved using the semi-continuous mechanized equipment and applied the technology of the primary and fine processing in common Oolong tea production, with higher-matured and machine-picked fresh leaves as materials from‘Fuyun No.6’,‘Meizhan’, etc.
