规模化养殖场沼气工程不同热供方式能耗分析

    Energy consumption analysis of different heat-supplying methods in biogas project of large-scale raising farm

    • 摘要: 以莆田市某大型养殖场的沼气工程为例,对燃煤热水锅炉、沼气锅炉、太阳能和沼气发电余热利用4种热供方式进行能耗分析,结果表明:从能源消耗、运行经济效益以及二氧化碳减排方面进行评价,沼气发电余热利用热供方式明显优于其他3种热供方式,建议在规模化养殖场的大中型沼气工程中推广热电联产CHP模式。

       

      Abstract: Taking the biogas project of a large raising farm in Putian as an example, the energy consumption analysis on four kinds of heat supplements, i.e., coal-burning boiler, biogas boiler, solar energy and waste heat utilization of biogas power generation were carried out. The results show that the heat supply mode of waste heat utilization of biogas power generation was significantly better than the other three methods in the aspects of energy consumption, operational economic benefits and carbon dioxide emission reduction. It is proposed to extend the cogeneration CHP model in large-and medium-sized biogas projects of large raising farms.
