固相微萃取结合GC-MS分析黄原胶挥发性成分研究
Study on volatile components of xanthan gum by solid phase microextraction combined with GC-MS

摘要: 采用顶空固相微萃取技术(HS-SPME)对黄原胶的挥发性成分进捕集,利用气相-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对挥发性成分进行鉴定,结果表明:黄原胶的挥发性成分主要有8种化合物,分别是2,6-二甲基十一烷、4,8-二甲基十一烷、1-甲基萘、2,6,10-三甲基十二烷、2-丙基十四烷基亚硫酸酯、十三烷、十四烷和10-甲基二十烷,其含量占比16.7002%。Abstract: The volatile components of xanthan gum were collected by using the technology of HS-SPME, and the volatile components were identified by GC-MS technique. Results showed that the main volatile components in xanthan gum have 8 kinds, i.e. 2, 6-dimethyl undecane, 4, 8-dimethyl undecane and 1-methyl naphthalene, 2,6,10-2-propyl methyl dodecane, myristyl sulfurous acid ester, tridecane, tetradecyl and 10-methyl eicosane respectively, and their content accounted for 16.7002%.
