Abstract:
54 domestic and foreign tomato varieties were cultured under soilless condition, their nutritional composition and quality were determined and analyzed, and a comprehensive index method was adopted to comprehensively evaluate the good quality and poor quality of the samples. The results showed that the nutrient compositions of soilless-cultured tomato were respectively ascorbic acid 36960 mg/kg, lycopene 5492 mg/kg, soluble solids 427%, total sugar466% and total acid 048%, which basically located in the upper limit or upper limit of the previous research. The content of nitrate was 3015 mg/kg and nitrite content was 108
μg/g, which was significantly lower than the national standard for pollution-free vegetables. T2014-6 has the highest comprehensive score.
