不同60Coγ辐射剂量处理对烟草种子发芽的影响

    Effects of different 60Coγ radiation doses on germination of tobacco seeds

    • 摘要: 对5个烤烟品种种子用8种剂量(300~1400 Gy)的60Coβ辐射处理,结果表明:随着剂量增加,各品种烟草种子的发芽率、发芽势不断下降,幼芽、幼根生长变慢;5个品种的辐射半致死剂量CB-1为470.2 Gy、C2为514.3 Gy、永定一号为504.2 Gy、K326为497.7 Gy、红花大金元为449.1 Gy,可以作为推荐辐射剂量。

       

      Abstract: Seeds of 5 flue-cured tobacco varieties were treated by 60Coγ radiation of 8 doses (300~1400 Gy), the results showed that, following with the increase of dose, the seed germination rate and germination potential of different varieties of tobacco continuously decreased, and the bud and root grew became more slowly. And the semi lethal dose of 5 varieties by radiation were respectively 470.2 Gy for ‘CB-1’, 514.3 Gy for ‘C2’, 504.2 Gy for ‘Yongding No.1’, 497.7 Gy for ‘K326’, and 449.1 Gy for ‘Honghuadajinyuan’, which could be used as the recommended dose of radiation.
