Abstract: Based on interviews with 6 key counties of poverty alleviation and development in Fujian, this paper analyzed and put forward that 3 major organizational characteristics i.e., technical source, growth pole and tissue type were included in poverty alleviation with science and technology in Fujian, summarized 4 main practices and their effects i.e., scientific and technological innovation, park driving, industrial development and cooperative management in the practice of poverty alleviation with science and technology. And the countermeasures of promoting poverty alleviation with science and technology in Fujian were put forward from 6 aspects of making accurate poverty alleviation plan, speeding up the cultivation of professional farmers and leaders, selecting advantageous industries and developing models, speeding up the technological popularization of varieties, improving the participation degree of poor households and ‘Internet plus’, and so on.
