摘要: 以紫背天葵茎段为外植体，进行诱导、增殖、壮苗、生根培养、炼苗及移栽管理，总结紫背天葵种苗组培快繁技术。

Abstract: With stem as the explants, the rapid propagation for Gynura bicolor seedlings through tissue culture was established, including the process of induction, proliferation, rooting, acclimatizing seedling and transplantation. In this study, the key points for the rapid propagation for Gynura bicolor seedlings were summarized.
