Abstract: Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua is perennial herb. In recent years, it has gradually achieved artificial domestication. Its multiplication methods mainly include sexual propagation, asexual propagation and rapid propagation by tissue culture. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the multiplication method of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua was analized, and its main cultivation techniques were summarized in combining with the productive practice.
