草莓水肥一体化立体栽培灌溉控制系统设计

    Design of irrigation control system for integrated water fertilizer in three-dimensional cultivation of strawberry

    • 摘要: 以福建省农业科学院数字农业研究所自主研发的水肥机AB920为控制核心,以维控LEVIStudio组态软件为工具,以类BASIC编程开发,设计了一套水肥一体草莓立体栽培灌溉控制系统。该系统具备状态查看、水肥配制、轮灌控制、组件手动等功能,通过有序控制循环灌溉泵、搅拌泵、灌区电磁阀,实现草莓立体栽培的自动化灌溉。

       

      Abstract: Taking the water and fertilizer machine AB920 independently created by Digital Agricultural Research Institute of FAAS as the core and the dimension controlled LEVIStudio configuration software as a tool, a set of irrigation controlling system for three dimensional cultivation of strawberry with integration of water and fertilizer was designed and developed by BASIC programming. The system has the functions of state view, water and fertilizer preparation, irrigation control and component manual operation. And it could realize automatic irrigation in strawberry stereo cultivation by orderly controlling the circulation irrigation pump, mixing pump and solenoid valves in irrigation area.
