史氏鲟鱼软骨提取物提取工艺及促创面愈合的研究

    Extraction of chondroitin sulfate from Acipenser schrenckii cartilage and the promotion on wound healing

    • 摘要: 通过对史氏鲟鱼软骨进行提取工艺的单因素试验,以及三因素三水平的正交试验,结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为酶解温度40℃、酶用量0.5%、酶解pH值8.2,其酶解提取的硫酸软骨素浓度为59.07%。利用该提取物对小白鼠背部伤口进行创面愈合效果试验,结果表明:给药后20 d,创口愈合良好,疤痕不明显,再生皮肤光滑如常且有毛发再生。

       

      Abstract: Extraction technology for Acipenser schrenckii cartilage was optimized by single-factor experiments and L9 (33) orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were:enzyme hydrolysis temperature was at 40℃, enzyme usage was 0.5%, pH value for enzyme hydrolysis was at 8.2, and the concentration of chondroitin sulfate extracted was 59.07%. Promotion of the extraction on healing the wounded back of white rat was studied, it was found that when using the solution of Acipenser schrenckii cartilage extraction for 20 days, the wounds on the white rats were healed with no obvious scars, and the regenerated skin was smooth as when original with regenerated hair.
