Abstract:
Efficacy trial of 80% Nitenpyram·Pymetrozine WG, 80% Thiamethoxam·Pymetrozine WG, 25% Pymetrozine WG on rice planthopper was conducted. The results showed that application of 8 g 80% pymetrozine·nitenpyram WG and 7 g 80% Thiamethoxam·Pymetrozine WG per 667 m
2 could effectively control rice planthopper with long persistence and was safe for rice growth, the adjusted control efficiency for which were 88.4% and 92.2% respectively after 7 days, and 89.8% and 91.3% after 14 days. The control efficacy of 30 g 25% Pymetrozine WG was lower. Therefore, in rice production, it was suggested to alternately apply 80% Nitenpyram·Pymetrozine WG and 80% Thiamethoxam·Pymetrozine WG for rice planthopper control.
