Abstract:
The yield, quality and disease resistance of 21 introduced peanut germplasm materials with high oleic acid were evaluated and screened. The results showed that, compared to the control species ‘Quanhua 551’, the yield of ‘2016S28’, ‘2016L4’, ‘2016L16’ and ‘Huayu 33’ increased by 11.35%, 4.68%, 2.51% and 0.26%, respectively. In which the contents of oleic acid of ‘2016L4’ and ‘2016L16’ were more than 65% and could take a small range of demonstration and trial plant. The 4 materials with high oleic acid content were ‘2016S24’, ‘2016S9’, ‘2016L9’ and ‘2016L2’, which were 79.23%, 78.75%, 77.41% and 77.07%, respectively, and they could be used as high oleic acid materials to prepare crossbred combinations.
