Abstract:
In this paper, the effects of different concentrations of cadmium on the growth of
Flammulina velutipes mycelium were studied and the cadmium modifier on cultivation of
Flammulina velutipes was screened. The results showed that the cadmium content which less than 2
μg/g had no significant effect on mycelium growth of Pleurotus ostreatus but higher than 3
μg/g significantly inhibited the mycelium growth, and the higher the cadmium content, the more obvious the inhibition effect. The modified agent can significantly reduce the content of cadmium in
Flammulina velutipes, among which, 3 amendments of calcium carbonate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, monocalcium phosphate had better effect. It is recommended to add 3% calcium dihydrogen phosphate as the modifier agent for culturing
Flammulina velutipes.
