5种氮源对蛹虫草生长及其质量的影响

    Effects of Five Kinds Nitrogen Sources on the Growth and Quality of Cordyceps Militaris

    • 摘要: 研究5种氮源对蛹虫草子实体生长及虫草素、虫草多糖含量的影响,结果表明:添加氮源对蛹虫草整个生长过程有很大的促进作用,且以添加蛋白胨和蚕蛹粉处理更有利于蛹虫草生长,子实体产量和质量均较高;添加蚕蛹粉处理的虫草素含量及产量均最高,分别达到(7.93±0.092) mg·g-1和每瓶(34.06±0.158) mg;添加蛋白胨处理虫草多糖含量最高,达到(21.36±0.076) mg·g-1;添加蚕蛹粉处理的虫草多糖产量最高,每瓶达(103.85±0.169) mg。

       

      Abstract: Effects of 5 nitrogen sources on the growth of Cordyceps militaris fruit body and the content of cordycepin and Cordyceps polysaccharide were studied. The results showed that the addition of nitrogen sources had a great promotion effect on the whole growth process of Cordyceps militaris, moreover, the addition of peptone and silkworm chrysalis meal was more beneficial to the growth of Cordyceps militaris, and the yield and quality of the fruiting bodies were higher. The content and yield of cordycepin treated with silkworm chrysalis meal were the highest, which reached (7.93+0.092) mg·g-1 and per bottle(34.06+0.158) mg, and the content of Cordyceps polysaccharide treated by adding peptone was highest, reaching (21.36+0.076) mg·g-1, and the yield of Cordyceps polysaccharide treated by adding silkworm pupa meal was the highest, reached by per bottle (103.85+0.169) mg.
