Abstract:
Field investigation, lab test and quality measurement of four high oleic acid peanut lines bred in Fujian Province were carried out. The results showed that oleic acid content of ‘Quanhua No.13’, ‘Quanhua No.14’, ‘Quanhua No.15’ and ‘Quanhua No.16’ were 79.5%, 77.3%, 75.3% and 69.7%, respectively and were remarkably higher than that of the control ‘Quanhua No.7’. The yield of ‘Quanhua No.15’ and ‘Quanhua No.16’ were increased at the very significant level and at the significant level, respectively. ‘Quanhua No.13’ and ‘Quanhua No.14’ could be used as parent materials in breeding program.
