Abstract: A comparison test of different rice seedling-nursing methods in paddy field was carried out. The results showed that two mechanical transplanting methods, i.e. factory mechanical seedling-nursing tray and mud seedling-nursing tray could increase the yield of rice than that of traditional manual transplanting by 11.27% and 4.3%, respectively and increase the income by 12.73% and 7.16%, respectively. It indicated that factory mechanical seedling-nursing tray and mud seedling-nursing tray were suitable to be extended in production.
