Abstract: The collection of Bacillus samples includes both material object collection and information collection. The "standard procedures for Bacillus collection" could guarantee the scientific and technical personnel's collection of Bacillus resources by further standardizing the sampling activities in material object collection; and for the collection of information, the standard procedure for the collection of Bacillus covered all information of the collected samples access to national spawn preservation and registration, so the efficient collection of geographic information, ecological characteristics, and habitat trait of the collection site could be realized by various ways, including GPS positioning, mobile phone app, photo recording, video, text description and other means.
